Physical activity

This semester I finished my physical activities in Crazy Tempo Dance Studio. During these times I studied Jazz, Hip hop and New style. From 2008 to 2009, I have dancing lessons with my friends or my classmates.
I had four dancing lessons with my friends in September. Our coach is named lily Jiang. She is a wonderful dancer, she can dance Jazz, Hip hop, Lockin, popping even Breakin. My friend Christina and I have learn Jazz and Hip hop before, so for these four lessons we focus learn how to dance Lockin, Poppin and Breakin. Our first lesson was on September 6th, 2008.We studied Lockin, this is an interesting dance types, because some actions looks like clown. It’s very hard to dance, although it looks random but it has many rules. Our second lesson is Poppin, it’s also very difficult to learn, because we should control our muscles well. We felt so tired, and sometimes we even lack of coordination.
I still remember our first Breakin class, we felt excited and tensions. We know Breakin is very hard and dangerous, so we did all actions carefully and uses little effort, because we don’t want to hurt ourselves. Lily found our thoughts, so she told us that she had hurt herself numerous times. If we want to dance well we should practices more and more, although sometimes it’s dangerous. During these four classes, we not only learned how to dance well, but also felt obliged to hold on one thing in the end.
After that I also had one class with my classmate Cindy on November 28th, 2008. Our coach is named Mixie, she can dance Jazz very well.Then I also had eight classes with my friends in Crazy Tempo from September to October, twice a week. These coaches has there own characteristics, I learned different things from them.
The reason for I choose dancing class as my physical activity is that I like music very much, and I can forget any pressures by studying or other things. We always sitting in school more than six hours, our bodies can not exercise well. We also need to think about the subject everyday, it will make us feel tired. So dancing is a good way to relaxing my mind and body.
Dancing is also very interesting, so I can persist in the end. I will not forget to do it, or feel burnout. One lesson only one half our, so I have never felt excessive movement before. The time for each movement can be chosen and I can learn any type of dance. Another advantage of dancing is that I can meet many different people; maybe I will make friends with them. I have never felt lonely, because everyone in the class all in dancing, I like this atmosphere. We can also communicate in the rest time, and then we will not make wrong exercise methods.
From 2008 to 2009, I have finished twenty four hours physical activities in Crazy Tempo Dance Studio.
